Because we feel so strongly that proper monitoring can virtually eliminate unscheduled maintenance, it's easy for us to offer this discount.

Monitoring services are billed in advance on a flat rate schedule based on frequency and type of system being monitored. Network monitoring services are negotiated based on specific parameters of the network involved.

Internet Access Services are required for remote monitoring services. Onsite Technology Solutions will provide assistance in configuration of firewalls and installation of Microsoft Remote Access services at no charge.
