October 16, 2002 -- Onsite West Houston revealed it's web presence today, providing contact information, news and press information, and services and pricing.
Planned developments for this quarter include technical literature targeted at the interests of small business and branch operations in the West Houston marketplace; an interactive troubleshooting guide that will assist customers in resolving minor issues without the need of a service call; and a form-based interface to the Onsite West Houston trouble-ticketing system permitting the customer to schedule their own calls and track the progress of open issues.
