Rapid Response Services
- Sometimes you can wait for somebody to get there "in the
morning" -- Sometimes you can't! Sometimes it's 11pm, you're the only one at the office,
the company "guru" is in Tahiti for three days and forgot
his cell phone. Sometimes it's actually mid-afternoon, but the project
needs to be done by 5pm. We can help!
- Onsite Technology Solutions can dispatch a technician to your location to
assist you in whatever way you feel necessary. Because we only service
businesses and locations in the West Houston area, in many cases we
have a response time of less than 30 minutes.
Pricing
- Rapid Response (normal business hours)
- If you contact us during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm)
rates are 150% of the standard response
rate.
- Rapid Response (business day evenings)
- If you contact us during the evening of a regular business day
(Mon-Fri 6pm-10pm) rates are 175% of the standard response rate.
- Rapid Response (weekends and holidays)
- If you contact us after 10pm on the day before a weekend or holiday,
through 8am on the first regular business day after the weekend or
holiday, rates are 200% of the standard
response rate.

Pre-paid blocks of System Support Services time can be used to
offset the standard rate portion of emergency response services, but the surcharge
is billable on a per-call basis.
A 10% discount will be given for services paid for at the time
of completion.
