A significant percentage of maintenance calls on computer and network equipment can be directly traced back to improper installation of a recently acquired piece of hardware or software. Issue Response ServicesOccasionally, though, even with careful and accurate installation and proper preventive maintenance, computers do malfunction. Our timely response to your issues ensures that the impact of such malfunctions are kept to a minimum. In most cases, non-priority responses are available by the next business day. A 25% discount is available for pre-paid blocks of System Support Services time. Pre-paid blocks are available in 10-hour increments at the Base Rate. System Support Services time for servers and networks will be deducted from the pre-paid blocks at the normal cost multiplier, and can be mixed in any variation. A 10% discount is available for credit-approved clients who tender cash payament when services are rendered.
