Occasionally, though, even with careful and accurate installation and proper preventive maintenance, computers do malfunction. Our timely response to your issues ensures that the impact of such malfunctions are kept to a minimum. In most cases, non-priority responses are available by the next business day.

Priority response (same business day, in many cases) - 125% of standard rate
Systems/Networks that have had a Preventive Maintenance performed by an Onsite Technology Solutions technician in the previous 90 days will be billed at the base rate rather than the priority rate.

A 20% discount is available for pre-paid blocks of System Support Services time. Pre-paid blocks are available in 10-hour increments at the Base Rate. System Support Services time for servers and networks will be deducted from the pre-paid blocks at the normal cost multiplier, and can be mixed in any variation.
A 10% discount is available for credit-approved clients who tender cash payament when services are rendered.
